Converting a van or bus into a campervan or motorhome? Work through this list before you book your LH11 inspection. It covers what the code requires, so you can fix gaps before we arrive rather than after.
Over 4,500 kg GVM: LH11 doesn’t apply. Heavy motorhomes come under the NHVR’s VSB6 rules. Most need at least a K1 seat plate. Other changes need their own VSB6 codes. Once the plates are issued, the motorhome is checked and measured on TMR form F4550, then the rego is updated.
